Cabarete Surf Company is a family-owned surf school at Playa Encuentro, Cabarete, founded by a Canadian-Dominican couple who share a passion for surfing and the ocean. We specialize in fun, safe, beginner-friendly surf lessons with small groups and personalized instruction. Our goal is simple: help you catch your first wave and fall in love with surfing.

Perfect for first-time surfers, our Beginner Surf Lesson is designed to help you safely catch your first wave. Your instructor will guide you through the basics on the beach before heading into the water to practice standing up and riding whitewater waves.
